Folkestone & Hythe Conservative Association proudly announces its candidates for the upcoming local elections. We have successfully secured a full slate of candidates, making us the only party in the area to do so. This achievement starkly contrasts with rival parties, some of which have formed pacts that limit voters' choice and others who have failed to find candidates despite promising to do so.
Our Association Chairman, Stephen James, has expressed his enthusiasm for the diverse range of representatives who will be standing for election, saying:
"We are extremely proud to present our full slate of candidates, each with unique perspectives and experiences that will greatly benefit our community. This level of representation demonstrates our commitment to listening and responding to the needs of all residents in Folkestone and Hythe."
Folkestone & Hythe Conservative Association remains dedicated to working tirelessly for the constituents we seek to serve, focusing on improving the quality of life for residents and championing local businesses. With a full slate of candidates, we are well-positioned to positively impact the community and ensure that the voices of all residents are heard.
Recent successes, such as securing outline planning for the Otterpool Park development, which has secured affordable housing for generations, and attracting £20 million in Levelling Up funding for the district, showcase our ability to deliver tangible results for the community.
